Return item in queue for process for two months…
It’s been over two months my return and the item was confirmed in queue to be processed for at least 6weeks and it’s still not refunded. Constantly have to email customer service to check in. NOT RECOMMEND

Still have not received my return
Still have not received my return - going on 1 month. Non responsive, AWFUL company.

Terrible returns
Terrible returns. It’s been over a month. They have the item but haven’t processed it. I know part of it goes to charity (although items are marked up), it’s a very disorganized company. Not worth the aggravation unless you’ve tried an item on elsewhere and you use one of their discount codes. If there is any possibility of returning, shop elsewhere.
